Please Read Before Checkout
Double-check your order carefully before paying. Once payment is processed, we cannot make any changes, refunds or cancellations without a restocking fee.
By browsing, registering, shopping, or placing an order on AutoRicambi.us, you fully accept ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS AS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you agree to the new version. Any special promotion will have its own additional terms clearly displayed.
Using this site or placing an order indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
International Customers
- All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
- The purchaser’s sole responsibility is import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Auto Ricambi, LLC has no control over these fees, as regulations vary widely among different countries. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery times beyond the original estimates.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the parts can be lawfully imported to their country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of their country.
Lost or Damaged Shipments & Missing Items
We want your order to arrive perfectly! Here's how we handle issues if something goes wrong during transit.
- Inspect Before Signing: Always check your package for damage before accepting delivery. If you spot any issues, ask the driver to note it on the receipt – this helps with claims.
- Report Promptly: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any lost, damaged, or missing items. Email info@autoricambi.us with details, photos, and your order number.
- We'll Handle the Claim: We'll file a claim with the carrier (like FedEx) on your behalf right away. Keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved – they're often needed as evidence.
- Replacements: If you need a replacement urgently before the claim is settled, we'll ship it after advance payment. Once the claim is approved, we'll refund you fully if applicable.
General Terms of Use

By purchasing from us, you agree that Auto Ricambi LLC (including our owners, officers, employees, and representatives) is not liable for any damages from using our products. This includes all types of damages: direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential.

Safety
Working on cars can be risky – please prioritize safety! We sell items assuming you have the technical know-how for proper installation. Auto Ricambi LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or issues from use, installation, or following our guidance.
You agree that any legal action brought against Auto Ricambi, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of products or orders made on Auto Ricambi, LLC shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Terms
- Payments: All in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Item Conditions: Everything is new/unused unless clearly stated:
- NEW - Modern production.
- NOS - (New Old Stock): Original, may have minor shelf wear (often 40+ years old).
- OEM - Made by FIAT or their original suppliers.
- USED - Rare, excellent-condition items – clearly marked
- NEW - Recent and or modern production
Sales & Promotions
Our deals are time-limited as stated in the promo details and apply only to in-stock items. You can't combine or stack multiple offers, discounts, or promotions – pick the one that works best for you!
Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold at full price with no discounts. Once redeemed, they're not eligible for other promotions. All gift card sales are final – no returns or refunds.

Shipping Details
Shipping Note: We ship primarily with FedEx. Delivery times, delays, and any service guarantees are controlled by FedEx — please check fedex.com for the latest information.
Shipping – Fast, Fair & Transparent
We work hard to get your parts our the door fast!
We prioritize speed and accuracy!
- Most orders placed before 12:00 noon CST ship the same day.
- Larger or special-packaging orders may ship the next business day.
- Shipping cost is calculated using actual weight + box dimensions – you pay only what it really costs (no inflated flat rates).
- We may drop-ship certain items directly from our suppliers to reach you even faster.
- U.S. Delivery: Most continental U.S. spots get 1-4 business days via ground.
- International: A bit longer, but still efficient.
- Expedited Options: Second-day available at checkout; call 682-233-3428 for overnight or Saturday delivery.
- Tracking: Check your tracking number for real-time updates – local factors can affect timing.
- Cart prices always show the current best price – thanks to promotions, it might be lower than when you first added the item!
- Changes After Ordering: Any requests post-placement will delay your shipment.
- Carriers & Times: We mainly use FedEx. Shipping moves on business days only (no weekends). Transit starts the day after we ship.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty – We’ve Got Your Back
Every new part is covered by our 6-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (many items have longer manufacturer warranties — we’ll tell you if yours does).
If something is genuinely defective:
- We’ll repair, replace, or refund the purchase price — our choice.
- Our total liability is limited to the original item price (shipping/labor excluded).
Not covered under warranty:
- Labor for removal or installation (even on defective parts)
- Misuse, accident, neglect, racing use, improper installation, or damage from another faulty part
- Any consequential or incidental damages
- Performance Parts Sold as final sale. Guaranteed defect-free when shipped, but no warranty and no returns once installed. Modifications may be required for fitment. We make no guaranteed power claims and are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from installation or use.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Email us with the following:
- Order number
- Clear reason/description of the issue
- Photos or video (required for warranty claims — makes it much faster!)
- We’ll reply quickly with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the box — no RMA = no credit.
- We strongly recommend insuring return shipments; we’re not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Auto Ricambi, LLC will not be liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, or negligence, and arising in connection with the safe use or repair of the products.

Returns Terms & Conditions
New Unused Item Returns/Order Cancellations & Refunds
- You may return items in brand-new, resellable condition (original packaging intact) within 45 days of purchase.
- 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns/order cancellations.
- Original + return shipping is non-refundable.
- If the return drops your original order below a free-shipping or promo threshold, we’ll deduct that benefit from the refund.
- Do not ship any returns before receiving a return authorization and RMA number. No credit will be issued for items returned without authorization or for items not specifically listed on the approved return request.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. COD returns will be refused. We highly recommend that all returns be insured. Auto Ricambi, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during return shipping.
- Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to delay issuing any credits pending inspection and/or testing.
- Only items purchased initially from Auto Ricambi, LLC are eligible for return and/or warranty consideration.
- Once a return is deemed to comply with Auto Ricambi, LLC's herein-stated return policy, a refund or gift card for the original purchase price will be issued.
- International Returns - All items returned to Auto Ricambi, LLC from outside the United States of America must be clearly marked as Return of Merchandise on all customs and shipping documents to avoid customs and duties. Auto Ricambi, LLC is not liable for any duties and/or customs incurred. Any duties, customs, and/or fees will be deducted from the return amount. Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to delay processing any international return until all customs forms have been processed and/or paid.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Email info@autoricambi.us with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- We’ll reply quickly with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the box — no RMA = no credit.
- We strongly recommend insuring return shipments; we’re not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Once we receive your email, we will review and provide a return authorization and RMA number via email. All returns must be clearly marked with the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Absolutely NO returns on:
- Tools
- Electrical parts & fuel-injection components
- Electric fuel pumps (unless defective — we test them; any debris voids everything)
- Books & manuals
- Special-order items
- Partial kits (entire kit must be returned)
- Anything that has been installed, opened, or used in any way

Used Item Returns
Used items purchased from Auto Ricambi’s Garage Sale may not be returned and are only warrantied for fitment at the time of receipt - otherwise, used items are not returnable. All sales on such items are final.
Items returned for a refund that reduces the value of the initial purchase below the qualification level of any promotion, such as free shipping, will be subject to a reduction of the refund amount.
Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee for any and all returns.

Core Returns Terms & Conditions
Core Charge Returns
- No RMA needed — just write “CORE” on the outside of the box
- Must be complete, fully assembled, drained of fluids, and include a copy of your receipt
- Return within 180 days for a core refund (after 180 days = 25% fee)
- A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany all core returns.
- All core returns must be fully assembled.
- You pay return shipping for core returns
