Double-check the order carefully before paying. Once an order is processed, Auto Ricambi cannot make any changes, refunds, or cancellations without a restocking fee.

Auto Ricambi may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes the customer's agreement to the new version. Any special promotion will have its own additional terms clearly displayed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments & Missing Items
Auto Ricambi wants orders to arrive in perfect condition! Here is how issues that may arise during transit are handled:
- Inspect before signing for delivery: Always check the package for damage before accepting delivery. If any issues are spotted, ask the driver to note it on the receipt – this helps with claims.
- Report promptly: Contact Auto Ricambi directly within 7 days of delivery for any lost, damaged, or missing items. Contact us via email with the order/sale number, details, and photos.
- Auto Ricambi will handle the claim: Claims will be filed with the carrier on the customer's behalf immediately. Keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved; they may be needed as evidence.
- Replacements: If the customer requires a replacement urgently and before the claim is settled, Auto Ricambi can ship that item(s) with advance payment. If the claim is approved, Auto Ricambi will fully refund the order, if applicable.
Order Terms of Use
The customer agrees that Auto Ricambi, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, or other representatives shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its product. The customer agrees that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to any and all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive, and consequential losses or damages, as well as any and all labor charges.
All content included on this site, such as, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, is the property of Auto Ricambi LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Work performed on automobiles can be dangerous. Auto Ricambi LLC is in no way liable or responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from the use/installation of items or from following any procedure provided by Auto Ricambi.
The customer agrees that any legal action brought against Auto Ricambi, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The customer agrees that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from the use of products or orders placed with Auto Ricambi, LLC shall be an appropriate state court located in Archer County, Texas.
Terms
- Item conditions - All items are new/unused unless clearly stated.
- NOS - (New Old Stock): Original items may have minor shelf wear, as some are often 40+ years old.
- OEM - Manufactured by FIAT or an original equipment supplier.
- New - Recent and or modern production
- Used - Rare, used-condition items – clearly marked
Sales & Promotions
Special offers are time-limited, and apply to items in stock at the time the order is placed; no rain checks or backorders. Once a sale ends, Auto Ricambi, LLC cannot honor discounts on orders placed after the sale date.
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are available to US customers only. Gift cards are sold at full price with no discounts. Once redeemed, they are not eligible for other promotions. All gift card sales are final – no returns or refunds.

Shipping – Fast, Fair & Transparent
Auto Ricambi prioritizes speed and accuracy!
- Auto Ricambi works hard to process orders promptly once they are placed. Processed orders are shipped as quickly as possible, depending on the selected shipping method. Larger orders, large items or orders requiring specialized packaging may take longer to prepare and ship.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight and box dimensions.
- On rare occasions, Auto Ricambi may drop-ship certain items directly from our suppliers to the customer for faster delivery.
- U.S. Delivery: Because of our central location, most continental U.S. locations receive orders in 1-4 business days via ground shipping.
- International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on location and local customs clearance times.
- Expedited Options: We offer overnight and second-day air service on most items. The options are displayed at checkout; if you need faster shipping
- Tracking: Once orders are shipped, Auto Ricambi will provide the customer with a tracking number. Check that tracking number for real-time updates – local factors can affect timing.
- Changes After Ordering: Any requests made after placement will delay shipment and may increase shipping costs.
- Shipping is available only on business days (no weekends). Transit begins the day after the order has been received by the shipping company.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty
Every new part is covered by our 6-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Some items have longer manufacturer warranties — Auto Ricambi can provide this information to the customer upon request.
If something is genuinely defective:
- Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.
- The total liability is limited to the original purchase price.
Not covered under warranty:
- Labor for removal or installation (even on defective parts)
- Misuse, accident, neglect, racing use, improper installation, or damage from another faulty part
- Any consequential or incidental damages
- Performance Parts are sold as a final sale. Guaranteed defect-free when shipped, but no warranty and no returns once installed. Modifications may be required for fitment. Auto Ricambi makes no power or performance-related guarantees and is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from installation or use.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
Email us with the following:
- Order number
- Clear reason/description of the issue
- Photos or video (required for warranty claims—makes the process much faster!)
- Auto Ricambi will promptly provide authorization and return instructions.
- Write the order (sale) number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Auto Ricambi strongly recommends insuring return shipments; Auto Ricambi is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- Warranty returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Auto Ricambi, LLC will not be liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, or negligence, and arising in connection with the safe use or repair of the products.

Returns Terms & Conditions
New Unused Item Returns/Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Do not ship any returns before receiving a return authorization and RMA number. No credit will be issued for items returned without authorization or for items not specifically listed on the approved return request.
- Customers may return items in new, resellable condition (original packaging intact) within 45 days of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns/order cancellations.
- Neither original nor return shipping is refundable.
- If the return drops the original order value below a free-shipping or promo threshold, Auto Ricambi will deduct that benefit from the refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. COD returns will be refused. Auto Ricambi, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during return shipping.
- Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to wait up to 30 days after receipt of a returned item before issuing any credits pending inspection and/or testing.
- Only items purchased initially from Auto Ricambi, LLC are eligible for return and/or warranty consideration.
- Once a return is deemed to comply with Auto Ricambi, LLC's herein-stated return policy, a refund or gift card for the original purchase price will be issued.
- International Returns - All items returned to Auto Ricambi, LLC from outside the United States of America must be clearly marked as Return of Merchandise on all customs and shipping documents to avoid customs and duties. Auto Ricambi, LLC is not liable for any duties and/or customs incurred. Any duties, customs, and/or fees will be deducted from the return amount. Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to delay processing any international return until all customs forms have been processed and/or paid.
How to Start a Return
Email us with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Auto Ricambi will reply quickly with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the package.
- Auto Ricambi strongly recommends insuring return shipments; Auto Ricambi is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- An RMA must be issued in order to process a return; no RMA, no refund/return.
Once Auto Ricambi receives a customer's email, it will be reviewed, and the customer will be provided a return authorization and RMA number via email. All returns must be clearly marked with the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Absolutely NO returns will be accepted:
- Electrical parts & fuel-injection components
- Tools
- Electric fuel pumps (unless defective — Auto Ricambi tests them; any debris voids warranty)
- Books & manuals
- Special-order items
- Partial kits (entire kit must be returned)
- Any item that has been installed, opened, or used in any way
- Shipping charges
No Returns on Used Items
Used items purchased from Auto Ricambi may not be returned.
All sales on used items are final.

Core Returns Terms & Conditions
Core Charge Returns
- No RMA needed — just write “CORE” on the outside of the box
- Must be a rebuildable, like unit
- Must be complete and fully assembled.
- Must be drained of fluids.
- Return within 180 days for a core refund. Any cores returned after that time are subject to a 25% processing fee.
- A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany all core returns.
- Auto Ricambi reserves the right to reduce the value of the refund based on the condition of the returned core.
- Auto Ricambi, LLC does not pay shipping for core returns

International Customers
- Auto Ricambi uses software to calculate currency conversion to USD based on the customer’s IP location. Our website will also calculate local taxes and fees upon checkout. The final price shown at checkout is the total amount that will be paid by the customer. All taxes and duties displayed are prepaid upon checkout. There are no hidden fees or charges upon receipt.
- The purchaser is solely responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Auto Ricambi, LLC has no control over these fees, as regulations vary widely among different countries. Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery beyond the original estimates.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the parts can be lawfully imported to their country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of their country.
