Warranty
Every new part is covered by our 6-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Some items have longer manufacturer warranties — Auto Ricambi can provide this information to the customer upon request.
If something is genuinely defective:
- Auto Ricambi, LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.
- The total liability is limited to the original purchase price.
Not covered under warranty:
- Labor for removal or installation (even on defective parts)
- Misuse, accident, neglect, racing use, improper installation, or damage from another faulty part
- Any consequential or incidental damages
- Performance Parts are sold as a final sale. Guaranteed defect-free when shipped, but no warranty and no returns once installed. Modifications may be required for fitment. Auto Ricambi makes no power or performance-related guarantees and is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from installation or use.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
Email us with the following:
- Order number
- Clear reason/description of the issue
- Photos or video (required for warranty claims—makes the process much faster!)
- Auto Ricambi will promptly provide authorization and return instructions.
- Write the order (sale) number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Auto Ricambi strongly recommends insuring return shipments; Auto Ricambi is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- Warranty returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Auto Ricambi, LLC will not be liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, or negligence, and arising in connection with the safe use or repair of the products.
