1977 FIAT 124 Spider

Owners of 1977 Spiders must take special care when ordering parts, as FIAT made a lot of changes right in the middle of the 1977 model year.  The alternator was moved to the driver's side and an internally regulated design was adopted.  The oil pressure gauge was deleted and the air horns were replaced by regular electric horns.  The emission control system was altered (the engine’s power and torque ratings did not change) and the electric relays that were previously in the engine bay were moved inside the car, to under the glovebox.  When ordering parts for a 1977 Spider please check whether it is an early or late production one, although our parts descriptions should make it clear which one our parts fit.
